A corner of Liguria in the Zeeheldenkwartier.
Arte Bianca was born from a single conviction: that a good meal needs no theatre — only honest ingredients and a kitchen that knows when to stop. Marco and Elena Ferretti left Genova in 2009 and spent three years cooking for neighbours on Piet Heinstraat before the front room became a restaurant.
The menu changes with the market on Markthaven and the seasons on the Ligurian Riviera. What stays fixed is the pasta — rolled fresh each morning, dusted white on the marble counter that gives the restaurant its name.
Den Haag gave this family a home. Every plate is their way of returning the warmth.
