Our story
Wei and Mei Lin left Xi'an — the ancient city once called Chang'an — carrying nothing but a notebook of family recipes and a well-worn rolling pin. They found their home on Korte Poten, a quiet street in the old heart of Den Haag.
Every morning before the city wakes, the dough is prepared by hand. Every fold is the same fold Wei's grandmother taught in her kitchen on the Silk Road's western end.
Den Haag gave them a city. They give it dumplings worth crossing town for.
