Our story
Safari began on Stationsweg because this street never sleeps. Trains arrive, people rush — and we wanted to give Den Haag a reason to slow down, sit, and eat something worth remembering.
Our kitchen draws from the spice routes of North Africa and the Middle East, interpreted by hands that grew up between Rabat and Rijswijk. Every dish carries that crossing.
Youssef Amrani opened these doors in 2018 with twelve seats and one rule: nothing leaves the kitchen that he wouldn't serve his own mother. That rule still holds.
